Production Welding

W.E.B’s certified welding facility is a full service production welding plant. We can provide shearing, bending, punching, stamping, and drilling. We specialize in MIG and TIG welding, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, handrails, guardrails, and metal stair frames. We can rapidly turn manufacturer’s drawings into a fully fabricated assembly and can create weld fixtures for efficient and accurate weld assemblies.

Structural Fabricating and Installation

W.E.B. has the ability to assess routine building maintenance items and miscellaneous metal infrastructure; davits, davit bases, tiebacks, flagpoles, ornamental spires, rust damaged structural members and miscellaneous damaged/deteriorated items. Equipped with several styles of portable welding units, we are capable of onsite welding repairs. We also fabricate representations of structures from blue print design and specs to scale. Our expertise has allowed us to specialize in many customized projects where the ordinary fabricating and production welding company cannot compete.

Bollards are used in a variety of pedestrian-friendly and critical-asset protection settings, such as storefronts, parking lots, sidewalks, gas pumps, machinery protection, in-plant protection, or any traffic-sensitive area.
